Manufacturing Defects: Customers are entitled to a full exchange or repair if a manufacturing defect is proven, within a period of [e.g., 7 days] from delivery, provided the product has not been installed.
Incorrect Orders: If the delivered product does not match the approved technical specifications, Green Gulf will replace the item at no extra cost.
Custom Orders: Products manufactured according to specific dimensions or custom requirements are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a defect is present.
General Returns: For standard stock items, returns are accepted within 7 days and exchanges within 14 days, provided the items are in their original, unused condition.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within the statutory period defined by Saudi law.
